All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, paid by bank transfer (bank transfer fees are payable by the guest).
The balance is to be paid on departure from the Riad, in addition to any extras.
Payment can be made by credit card or in cash (Euros or Dirhams)
Our rates are based on double occupancy and include a Moroccan breakfast.
They are quoted in euros and include VAT. Invoices are issued in dirhams. The exchange rate applied is calculated based on the current rate.
A tax of €2.50 per night per person is payable on site (free for children up to 10 years old). This tax is paid in full to the municipality of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Tourist Office.
Exclusive access to the Riad Le Voile d'Orient
Riad Le Voile d'Orient can be booked exclusively and accommodates up to 22 people.
The minimum stay for this type of booking is two consecutive nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 14 days before arrival: 30% non-refundable deposit
- between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival: an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay will be payable to the RIAD
- Less than 8 days before arrival and no-shows: 100% of the total cost of the stay will be payable to the RIAD
Meals
Moroccan breakfast is included in the room rate.
Le Voile d'Orient also offers a set menu for lunch and dinner at €20 (excluding drinks), but you may also choose your dishes à la carte.

Airport transfer
Le Voile d'Orient offers to meet you at the airport and provide a transfer service to our riad.
If you wish, a driver will be waiting for you on arrival, whether you are travelling alone or in a group.
This service costs €15 (for 1 to 4 people) or €20 (for 5 to 7 people) for a daytime journey. A €5 surcharge applies for night-time journeys (between 7.00 pm and 8.00 am).
